Salam,

It's a sunny day today here in KLIA..the rhythm playing fast beat as fast as the day come and go..Hmm its been half a year this blog not been updated..got so many reason for not having good, great time to spend on this wall..macam-macam kerja buat yang harus dibereskan, seribu satu macam kerenah yang harus dihadap and lastly berbagai urusan yang harus dikhatamkan.

Its been quite sometimes hubby and doter want to have vacation and my apologies for delaying the holiday. We bought the ticket to USS and plan this trip and finally managed to go and enjoyed ourself together. Buat pertama kalinya Aleesya get to ride on the train. Ha wa and hubby want to be a bit adventure and we went to Singapore using train, to experience the coach with bed together with my niece family. So two family in this trip...

We departed to Singapore at 12am and arrived the next day at 8am, not bad, not so tiring, slept well. Checking in into sister property CHS Orchard Rd. After having lunch and take a short break for a while we then experiencing Singapore town trip via the Hop On bus. Wah Kota Singa telah banyak berubah wa dah lama tak kesini. Experiencing the tour was so good..Now got Singapore Flyer bagai tapi wa tak berani nak naik tinggi giler..

Malamnya we venture the shopping experience at Rangoon Rd Mustafa Centre. Gila the shopping mall open 24hrs and you name it what you want they have it..Branded stuff was quite cheap here. Wa terkesima kasut Clark bagai diaorg main campak campak jek but ntah kenapa wa baik pulak kali nih taklah shopping sakan even siang tadi along Orchard Rd was having sale up to 70%. Good also so duit wa selamat...duit hubby kurang selamat shopping bagai kasut Aleesya..

Carik makan along this road was a bit tought at last jumpa this kedai Nasi Lemak 18 in Rowell Rd..Wah wa thumbs up for the food. Sedap giler nasi lemak and nasi goreng dia..I guess the only kedai melayu along this Little India town..Pukul 1:30am baru selesai shopping di Mustafa

We make a trip to Sentosa Island in the morning early in the morning to be exact, Arrived Universal Studio Singapore before they open at 10am. Time to snap photo here and there and kuciwa coz the trademark Globe USS was under renovation lah plak. Hmm but its ok banyak mende lagi yang wa and family akan venturing...so today is the day. Mak ai kekanak so hepi just like a dream come true...Aleesya suka sakan..

Wa must said nice place nice experience...but dah faktor usia ni definately wa takkan take a ride on roller coaster yang tinggi giler tu..just yang lite lite tu oklah..among all wa menyesal ikut hubby and my nephew naik roller coaster kat Egypt town tu bagai nak pecah jantung wa..Grr sangat. A 3D movie at Shrek Castle was the best. Get to take photo with the cartoon character so kekanaklah yang suka sakan, Mami & Dadi kekanak pun suka gak ahakkksss!! Wa paling teruja nengok Princess Fiona dia yang cun ha ha ha taklah macam dalam cite indah sangatlah pulak Princess Fiona dia in person mungkin dah habis sumpahan kut he he he. The hollywood town dia so cun...

Finish touring all the venue now its time to shop some USS trademark buy some T-Shirt and fridge magnetic. Wa shopping jek but hubby yang bayo. That's was great right? I like!! Pack some lunch box, popcorn box and bottle drinks with USS logo for collection. My niece pack Garrett Popcorn and its was very nice nyesal lak wa tak tapau. So yummy the caramel, but the cheese tak masuklah with popcorn..So if anyone went to USS don't forget to take home Garrett Popcorn kat Malaysia takda. Adoi ai terliur dah ni howlah? We reach hotel at 9pm Its was hectic day but satisfied journey...

We left Singapore the next morning at 11:30am and safely arrived Seremban at 7pm. Total of 8 hours in a train. Penat? Taklah jugak coz boleh jalan and had a cup of coffee in the train cafe. You asked me I prefer train than bus, flight dah tentulah convenience kan but for kids experience it was good at least diorg learnt something and soon I heard no more train at Tanjung Pagar..tergadai sudah!! we had this conversation with the taxi driver while on our way to Tanjung Pagar Train Station and I reserved my comments...

ADIOS!! Another trip together with lovely ones..

Salam, The rythm today playing a very speedy number as speed as my action now. Ha ha ha wa kena buat semua menda in speed so that wa had more time to spend for myself and family. For the past 2 months lots of things to be done. Be it at home or in office. Alhamdullilah syukran akhirnya task lists completed gak walau masih ada yang bersisa. Takpalah janji wa meet date line..Was so busy here and there. Now wa work from 2 remote area sometimes n KLIA and sometime in Melaka. I'm now being the task force for one of the latest property in the Group. Its a boutique hotel located walking distance from Jonker's Walk, Malacca. Nice location, nice hardware and nice people also. Good for my knowledge but not good had to be a weekend wife. Pegi monday morning balik Friday evening camtulah hidup wa. Tinggal sesorang kat Servis Apartment kalu lu all nak melawat wa leh la tinggal FOC sambil temankan wa yang tak berapa nak berani sangat.. Being a task force for Pre-Opening are something that most of hotelier would luv to be if they love this industries. More challenges more knowledge..its a learning curve..and its honoured to be in the lists..Kepakaran u diguna pakai to set-up new properties with all the group assistance. We are so lucky to have some hard rocker, some boutique crew, some city hotel hosts to work in the same roof to make things happen. Feeling good walau letih tahap gaban. Merasa bekerja di dalam bangunan yang baru di bina, pakai safety hat cam Arkitek. Safety Shoes nothing new in hotel when we do Inspection in hotel we do wear it. So that is what I'm currently doing day in day out. Of course weekend is the quality time to be spend with my lil princess and hubby plus qada tido wa yang terbengkalai during week days. Ha ha ha sound good ha.. Signing off for now, hoping have a little time to spend to write more of my little journey so that got something to be remembered during my old days..ADIOS

Its an ideal rhythm today, the weather is bright and that's giving me more 'semangat' to blogging after long missing the touch.

My beg upon arrival ahakkkss

That's was 2 weeks before Ramadhan me and my cousin sister and a friend flying to Ho Chin Minh City. Lepas selalu sangat wa dengo orang cakap pi HCMC best wa pun teruja gak nak tahu the shopping experience dia werld sangat ke seperti yang diwar-warkan oleh kekawan. Its a mum day out trip.

Upon arrival wa kagum the airport very clean and modern jauh meleset telahan wa about Vietnam. Basically the city itself is clean walau depa sedikit terkebelakang dari kita. The people are friendly, the hotel bercambah pilih aje mana standard yang anda mahu. Wa tak tinggal hotel ranggi coz to me the shopping trip does not require high end staying experience unless otherwise memang vacation with family. He he he wa would rather spend duit tu untuk shopping mopping. Kalau dah namanya perempuan apa lagi kerjanya kalu tak shopping.

Kalau tanya wa maka jawapannya HCMC lebih hebat dari Bandung tentang hal barang kaum Hawa tapi if u ask about children clothing and menwear Bandung ahead. Tapi bagi ibu-ibu yang terpana barang English and sulam-sulaman makanya HCMC is heaven for all this and yang penting jauh murahnya dari KL. Wa hairan jugak orang Vietnam yang tak pakai baju kurung sangat hebat kerja tangannya and the shop that I bought Baju Kurung Cotton kegilaan wa tu dari tingkat bawah sampai atas menjual baju kurung kita belaka..Hmm gi mana tu..

If u happen to plan a trip to HCMC my frank advise do not change a lot of Dong money tukar aje US dollar coz segala urusan lebih jimat & mudah dengan USD. If u calculate u will realise u save about RM5 if u spend in USD rather than Dong hatta in the Benh Tan Market itself. Yang lebih buat wa makin gila shopping kat pasar tu RM pun dia accept.

Soal makan not to worry near the place that we stayed area Riverside and opposite Sheraton there's a row of Halal Restaurant i.e Halal Saigon. Masjid pun seberang jalan aje. Makanya wa tak kebulur so stok Maggie and Serunding wa tak habis beb..tapi berjalan dengan K.Ngah biasalah siap bawak pulut, wa and Noreha suker sangat kenyang sepanjang masa. Air Vitamin C pun K.Ngah bekalkan. Thanks K.Ngah lain kali jalan wa akan pastikan K.Ngah dalam list.

Sebenarnya wa pun beli gak stok untuk buat jualan raya. Tak sangka seminggu jek stok HCMC wa dah kehabisan. Sowi untuk kekawan yang kuciwa, sori gak to Anna belum sempat wa nak gi tempat lu beb stok dah habis kena rembat, baju kurung, jubah semua habis..Alhamdullilah biz maju. Kecil-kecilan tapi kalu ada yang berminat silalah ke:

Kedai Noreha at Kiosk No 10 Oasis 9, Seksyen 9, Shah Alam

Wa gerenti stok yang akan membuat lu all tersenyum.

Lama Tak Jumpa Di Arena ini, Cik Som, Doc Aji, Anna and all rakan blogger yang lain..Depa ni pun dah busan kut nak jenguk blog bersawang wa. Mohon maaf wa teramat bz alasan klise tapi benar banyak menda yang wa terpaksa bereskan. Terkejar sana sini, punya waktu untuk menjenguk blog kekawan aje tak sempat nak komen bagai..Hmm that's a life circle can't complaint too much.

Bersyukur jumpa lagi di Ramadhan Yang Mulia ini. Alhamdullilah. Life is a cup of coffee, sometimes bitter sometimes sweet, be thankful u be able to have a cup of coffee daily..

Jadual Ramadhan wa pun padat. Last week was a weekend gateaway at PIL house ini upacara wajib setiap Ramadhan. Last week was lots of buka puasa activities with Staffs and some client that have to be entertain. Next week will be some yearly Charity Drives for Rumah Anak Yatim at Shah Alam and the list goes on..

Salam Ramadhan dan doa wa moga hidup kita lebih diberkati dan moga Ramadhan ini jadi lebih baik dari yang terdahulu.. ADIOS.

My rhythm today playing very ideal numbers, very soothing rhythm probably because its been ages since I last blog. Finally it's me again, lama betul tinggalkan umah tanpa tuan, lama betul menyepi tanpa berita. Well life goes on, lots to be done, a lots more things to be attended to.

Lets do some review. Yesterday after attending 2 weddings we went to see movie. Aleesya wanted so much to see Alice In The Wonderland. Tiba jek dah lewat 10 minutes nasib baik movie baru start. We made our self comfortable and Aleesya she really behave. Thank you and we enjoy the movie. There's so many animals that she like in this movie make her really concentrate. Rabbit, Cat and the list goes on. Hubby wa pun happy sama like Dadi like doter kan!!

Alice In the Wonderland 2010 is Tim Burton's twisted adaption of Lewis Carroll aka Charles Dodgson's novels Alice In Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass. Burton's version makes Alice's dream look more like a nightmare as he pans his camera more on the scary underbelly of the wonderland than its beauty which we have seen and read in books since our childhood.

The latest Alice In Wonderland is nothing that you expect it to be and this very point excites and depressed you at the same time. This film shows Alice as a 20 year old who revisits her wonderland, with initial friction, doubts, second thoughts.. reunites with her old friends (Caterpillar, Chashire Cat, White Rabbit and most importantly the Mad Hatter (Johnny Deep), only to realize it is she who can end the tyrannical reign of the Red Queen. Kononnya she make a come back to become the Hero of The White Queen which also the Red Queen little sister. Sangat meleset telahan wa. Wa bayangkan film ini satu film kembara imiginasi zaman anak-anak yang sangat indah tapi sebetulnya ia satu pelarian mimpi ngeri. Ha tipah tertipu gitu but if you like something triller and plus cute creatures this is the film.

Tim Burton's favorites talented actors Johnny Deep as Mad Hatter and Halena Bonham Carter as the Red Queen are clearly the saving grace of the film. It is only Hatter and Red Queen's funny scenes that you actually find yourself having fun without feeling asleep. Johnny make you laugh, cry, smile as he showcases every emotion possible with ease and sensitivity. This actor is such is such a genius, he is as good as his acting in Chocolate Factory and others. To me ia sekadar hiburan ringan untuk menceriakan sekecil anda tidak untuk mengembali nostalgia zaman anak kecil anda. I prefer Alice In The Wonderland versi kekanak dari remaja its more real..

Untuk yang berminat selamat menonton. Mungkin Versi 3D lebih interesting..ADIOS...

The rhythm today is gloomy sesuai dengan cuaca yang juga gloomy. Wa harus tarik nafas lega kerananya wa masih bernafas dan kerananya wa masih mampu berdiri gigih dengan segala macam dugaan. Syukran.

Semalam yang panjang bagi wa dan semalam yang mengkagetkan. After so many years ada suara yang tiba-tiba mohon maaf, setelah lebih 15 tahun ada getar dan sedar kerna tanpa maaf pemergian ke tanah Mekah mungkin tiada erti. Itu kata orang itu dan wa percaya itu kata ikhlas dan penuh sedar setalah ego dicampak ke tepi.

Dan bagai ada satu kuasa yang membawa wa jadi sebegitu tenang untuk lupakan segala jerih perih, segala sengketa, segala sakit makanya wa leraikan keresahan dengan kemaafan. Tak banyak yang keluar dari mulut wa, banyak kata dan air mata yang tumpah darinya.

Its a sunshine day here in KLIA and the rhythm today is playing fast number tho it's the beginning of rainy season.

Harini wa nak review pasal 2012 Movie. Having said that wa still owe to blog the Hard Rock Hotel Penang Trip and Kak Yong & Eizlan Wedding. Soon I will. I saw the movie last Sunday and its a first movie session for Aleesya and a first movie session for me and hubby after Aleesya born. Imagine for solid 3 years we didn't go out for movie. Cemas gak at first coz takut kekanak buat hal tambah lagi movie orang dewasa but becoz we wanted so much to see the movie kita redah aje. The best thing 2 places we go end up ticket sold out, lastly we get it at Terminal 2, first time gak gi tempat nih. Panggung dia a bit too small. Oklah tu dari takde, itu wording someone yang bersalah coz tak dengar cakap suh booking baru pegi. Sib baik dapat tiket kalau tak tentu kena bitching ahakkkksss. I always wanted to see movie yang gini tambah lagi setelah melihat 2 kerja buat Roland Emmerich Independence Day & Day After Tomorrow yang tak mengeciwakan. Nak tunggu anak Malaya buat filem Tsunami ntah bila nak jadi nyata.

He collects his family and Gordon when the Earth's crust displacement begins and they escape Los Angeles as it collapses into the Pacific Ocean and the stories continous with all the impact.

To me my review would be sound effect, the impact was excellent but ada gak kartunnya bila kereta yang dipandu Jackson Curtis lajunya lebih dari rekahan bumi and ledakan gunung berapi and till end this family berjaya melawan badai dengan berbagai cara mengelak sipi sipi dunia kiamat or end of the world. Wa expect takda yang berjaya melawan takdir dan end of the stories wa can see macamana hancurnya dunia ni seperti perjanjian Illahi. Melesat gak telahan wa. Personally I like Day After Tomorrow compared to 2012. Pada wa jugak wira sebenar cerita ini ialah Adrian Helmsley pemegang watak scientific advisor to the President.

If you like something thrill dan mungkin ingin melihat imiginasi kehancuran dunia inilah filemnya. Selamat menonton.

Yang pentingnya mulai harini Aleesya telah lulus ujian menonton wayang, dia tak buat hal. Good Girl and well trained. Sebetulnya penyelamatnya ialah ada adegan gajah, zirafah diterbangkan guna heli tu yang dia impress. ADIOS

Salam, The rythm today playing a slow number and the weather today very hot.... Today kita bersiaran masih dengan mood raya and I gone to share some raya photo. Just back from Penang for Budget Retreat on Thursday night flight (40 managers from all Concorde Malaysia presented the budget at the new Hard Rock Hotel) and shoot back to Teluk Intan for my niece wedding on Friday and back to Nilai on Sunday. What a hectic week I had but work and family activities equally important. So enjoy the photo. The photo were taken by my nephew after sembahyang raya then we went to my dad pusara in Jln Ampang, we normally went to my brother house in Cheras for gathering...huhuhu...

This what the kids enjoying during malam raya...they really have fun with their daddy..seronoknya jadi kekanak..yang besar pun sama gak nak rasa enjoy sakan..

Salam,

The rythm today playing a soothing number, sesuailah sangat menjelang raya.

Wah lama banget wa tak update blog, bersawang giler. Today wa nak kena clear sawang kat blog pastu esok kena lak jadi buruh kasar kemas rumah bagai, nasib baik Auntie Letchumi ada, kuranglah sikit beban wa. Lama wa hilang it is becoz wa bz giler siapkan budget paper 2010. So finally wa almost done with all the paper. Tinggal write up for HR Biz Plan. Hmm raya dengan mini notebook nampaknya.

It is becoz wa pun sibuk with some staffs activities, with Tazkirah Ramadan and Break Fast With GM. Tazkirah was done for the second year. Sambutannya for the past 2 year wa can give credit about 50 staffs turn up. Hmm jauh bezanya dengan upacara berbuka bersama GM full crowd. Dua upacara satu ilmiah, satu bersuka ria. Sad to say our muslim love enjoying life rather than gain some knowledge. Budaya inilah yang harus diubah, wa percaya it can be done maybe its takes time. Changing people attitudes is not a day job.

Wa pun busy dengan jemputan buka puasa so bila balik dah penat, datang kerja pagi dah ngadap PC and meeting bagai, so terbiarlah blogku ini seketika.

Time flies so fast, diam tak diam lusa dah raya, insyallah. Tahun ni wa raya KL it is my mum turn, last year at PIL house. Wa sebenarnya kalau raya on my side a bit sad, sedih sangat for those close buddies and warga KBR they knows why? Tapi apa nak buat itulah kehidupan perit sekalipun harus ditelan. Well second raya wa tetap balik Gemas itulah rutin raya wa. Preparation wa biasa aje macam tak da mood sangat, just meriah with Aleesya preparation.

Anyway I wish everyone happiness for this coming Aidil Fitri, untuk yang tersilap kata, terlebih bicara maaf zahir batin dari wa sekeluarga. Untuk yang berpergian jauh drive safely. Life is short do good things so u could be remembered forever. SALAM AIDIL FITRI.

The rhythm today playing a gloomy number, very slow and the weather here in Sepang gloomy. Allah is great maybe to compliments surrouding incidents. Al Fatihah to Yasmin Ahmad.

Wa sangat suka karya pengarah jujur Yasmin Ahmad. Wa ikuti semua perkembangan arwah, bermula dari Sepet, Gubra, Muaalaf and of course wa takkan ketinggalan menyaksikan Talentime. Wa juga sangat suka kesemua iklan sentuhan beliau. Mungkin karya beliau sedikit lari dari landasan kebiasaan tapi apa yang tersurat di layar hasil sentuhan Yasmin itulah kenyataan yang sedang kita lalui, suka atau tidak that's fact. Keujujuran seperti inilah yang tak banyak orang mahu lakukan apa lagi anak seni Malaysia. Untuk wa hanya ada dua pengarah yang jujur Yasmin and Mamat Khalid. Wa ingat lagi zaman kegilaan Mawi kritikan beliau juga sangat jujur. Komennnya tentang persembahan Mawi - Persembahan awak sangat jujur, short and precise.

Makanya after this tidak mungkin lagi kita menonton cerita berjiwa Malaysia. Tidak mungkin lagi kita tatapi karya kreatif untuk iklan raya Petronas yang hebat dan meninggalkan kesan. Makin banyaklah kita disogokkan dengan cerita gila glamer dan iklan stereotype. Hmmm apa nak buat. Telan sajalah tapi mungkin ada satu dua lagi warga kreatif yang mahu melihat dan belajar dari kehilangan ini. Wa tak tahu.

Ateh's Wedding Day

My rythm today playing fast number as fast as the days month and year goes on. It's been a week since I last blog. Wa sibuk wat preparation for my BIL (Brother In Law) wedding on 4 & 5th last week.

Tahu tak wa diamanahkan oleh MIL to help siapkan Ateh punya hantaran, taklah pandai mana but I have passion in this, 7 dulang semuanya diterbangkan dari Putra Nilai ke PJ on Saturday evening lepas Asar. Dengan 2X lafaz maka Ateh a.k.a Amir Imran sah menjadi suami Anum, sowi ya wa tak ingat nama biras baru nih panjang sket. Tahu tak Aleesya so happy asyik cakap Pak Teh tawin coz Ateh selalu drop by our house so depa quite close, kekadang Ateh gi dating atau balik dari belajo dari UPSI tido dulu umah wa. Sekarang dia dah posting kat Gemas camno tu weekend hubbylah jawapnya coz Anum in PJ. Gud Luck Bro.

The wedding quite meriah coz 2 pengantin sekali both also anak dara tuan umah. Yang bertandang dua dua lelaki, satu dari N9(its us) and the other pengantin from Pahang tu hubby adik Anum. Tahu tak coz dua pengantin nih we all kena pakai reben different color, blue for N9 and orange for Pahang macam nak jadik penanggahlah pulak. Honestly she look much younger than the sister. Untunglah kau warih dapek bini cantik but u look like budak motak (tak gitu Cik Som) pulak bilo dah pakai baju perantin nih..Hmm aura nihlah kut wat Anum sangkut.

My only wishes that u will have a happily ever marriage and moga hidup lebih diberkati..Congrats tinggallah sorang lagik anak PIL yang lum kahwin the only girl among the siblings..

Hmm this year raya PIL tambah menantu lagi ahakkss beban ringan sket dah ramai pempuan dulu Ateh and Bang Lang wat keje org pempuan now they already have wife so diorg tolong lite lite aje. Majlis menyambut menantu di Gemas on November this year. Lama gitu.

ZOOM Malaysia In KUCHING, Sarawak

The rhythm today playing an awesome number, its very hot out there. Wa risau gak panas giler nih, Aleesya demam tak baik lagi dahlah dia demam masa kat airport aritu, cemas wa beb..but the pediatrician, our regular Pedi since Aleesya baby Dr Bee said she ok cuma so heaty that's why she got mouth ulcer as well.

Last week we were in Kuching for 4 days since 22nd till 25th, 4 hari wa and our close family geng having good and bad time in Kuching. Apa yang penting kita enjoy. Its a plan trip and furthermore my hubby get to meet his ex-coursemate in Kuching. He studied in Kuching. Pergi balik flight delay tapi balik best sket we get to fly with Airasia X coz the delay. Not bad rasa cam naik MAS pulak. Dah lama wa tak naik MAS. He he he untung gak bayo murah dapat good service.

Sebab lama sangat kat Kuching nih kita pun mengembara to their shopping mall. Boulevard & Spring. Wa suka Spring very up to date. Ada Charles & Keith outlet gak kat sini. Almost everyday we minum petang kat one stall of this kakak yang sangat peramah and most importantly cucur kodok dia sedap. That's our 4 good days in Kuching tapi jangan tak tahu ada gak orang sentap, ala kejap jek tuh, depa dua ni sentap anak beranak lama mana sangat. Ahakkks sesekali nengok drama minggu ini syok gak.

Salam, Hari yang panas dan pasti memenatkan, the rythm today playing a slow number but entertaining, recovering and it a must to go on WINNER Never QUIT, Quiter Never WIN that's a nice phrase from ABJ and after some times I start to believe it sama macam wa percaya EGO Itu PERLU Tapi Ego Yang BERLEBIHAN Merosakkan... I owe to blog about this to someone and its quite some times that I promise to blog about this until someone text me and today wa nak langsaikan utang nih. Remember that me and hubby do some improvement to our living and exterior of the house. The job was completed almost 3 months back and only now I had time to cerita ceriti and upload some photos. Mungkin tak se gah mana tapi wa and hubby puas hati with the result. Yang penting its what we want for our home sweet home. We change the ceiling, change the paint, change the living setting and some improvement too for the playing area for si kenit.. And here's the results and all that, we arrange and do it ourself except kerja painting kita upah sebab hubby wa rajin sangat ahakksss... sowi eh gambo ni kabur sket camera wa pening sket For those who knows me for so long they know that I'm all crazy about English Deco. Its a shiny day here in KLIA, my rhythm today playing a slow number, a jazz music, cozy - I need some ketenangan and only that music make me feel better. Thanks Allah for giving this patient to me.

Let's forget about the slow rhythm and Life Must Go On. Today wa nak blog aktiviti kegemaran si kenit Aleesya, lama dah wa tak blog pasal kid. One of the PH baru-baru nih wa and hubby berlibur kat Aquaria KLCC. She luv fish besides cat and rabbit yang wa bela. Hmm so sweet when we enter the Aquaria she said "Mummi fish, manyaknya fish..." ahakkkss

The entrance fees is about RM38 for adults. Aleesya enter it for free belum cukup umur. Selamat duit wa ahakksss.. The journey was fun with lots of fish spesis and some of other hidupan laut. Syok jugak tengok kekanak happy, daddy kekanak happy, wa biasa biasa aje just to compliments them yang luv animals so much..enjoy the photo's

We also went to Zoo Melaka on another PH. Kan banyak PH bulan May & June so langkah wa sekeluarga pun panjang gak. To me Zoo Melaka are much better as compared to Zoo KL, lot to be discover, when we went to Zoo KL nak tengok harimau pun jenuh menunggu. In Zoo Melaka dari dalam train pun its crystal clear harimau berjalan..wanted to go Night Safari tapi tak dapat maybe some other time. Wa hanya dapat upload dua gambo yang lain lupa nak save.

So that's a day with animal lovers. She really luv animals, In all our journey discovering animals places she was very very happy and energetics. That's Aleesya

Salam, My rhythm today playing a slow number as slow as wa menghayun kaki ke opis.. If Sunday camnilah wa busy doing lots of things cam tak cukup waktu. Bezanya Sunday ni wa tak ke market aka pasar. Kalu tak my day will start at 7am and by 7pm barulah wa dapat menegakkan badan. Ha corporate lady pun kena gak jalankan kewajipan suri rumah dan ibu. Wa started my day dengan wash the clothes, 3X machine jangan tak tahu dah tak basuh baju 4 days. Selalunya wa basuh selang 2 Hari but becoz last week almost everyday wa balik sampai umah 8:30, 9:00 and the list goes on makanya penuhlah 2 bakul baju tak berbasuh itu nasib gak baju wa memang leh hantar laundry kat hotel ha kalu tidak imagine bertambah letihlah wa nak mengantor suit wa ke outside laundry itu pun kerja gak tu, take time jugak nak start kete, nak kuar kete, nak masuk balik kete..hmmm While washing machine bekerja keras wa pun kerja keras gak prepare breakfast, masak fried rice briani, gempak jek wa cuma tambah instant rempah from briani fried rice from adabi he he he hubby kata sedap dah banyak kali wa buat dah. Storage wa perlu ada rempah segera pelbagai nih supaya cooking wa jadi werld. Finish with having breakfast and si kenit Aleesya tu hanya makan bread. Wa jadi tukang cuci, sapu sampah, vacum atas bawah, basuh toilet - ni nangis sket 3 bathroom tu kena sental, merembislah peluh wa, exercise gak tuh. (sebenornya kerja nih once a month Auntie Letchumi tolong wa buat) tapi taklah tahan nak biorkan sampah, dirt and habuk bermaharajalelakan. Wa kan berhemah kenalah keep and tidy always. Seriously tang nih wa memang photostate perangai my mum, wa tak leh tengok mende sepah, umah kena always superb aturannya. Memula kawin dulu hubby pun merungut coz dia tak leh menyepah. Itu pun kekadang tergelincir gak family area kat atas tempat hubby lepak ngadap screen day and night tu pun kekadang sakit gak mata nengok. Dah abis atas bawah depan belakang wa kerjakan, hmm kena sidai baju pulak, 3 bakul tu beb baju si kenit jek dah 1 bakul. I'm done with maid job. Sib baik today ada wedding, ha ironlah pulak baju nak gi wedding - 2 tempat tu, one in Seremban the other one in Setapak Taman Melati. Ding dong ding dong kat pukul 3 lebih baru habis attend those wedding. Balik singgah pulak kat south city plaza - wa tak pernah gi tempat nih it just becoz on the way ke Setapak we saw the banner Poney Warehouse Sale so wa ngan hubby gigih gak cari direction ke situ. Yang buat kerja shopping nih tentulah wa yang gigih kan. Hubby jaga Aleesya, lama gak wa geledah lumayan gak wa dapat hasilnya and end up buying 4 dress, 1 long pant, short skirt jean, t-shirt and blouse, ada lah dalam 10 pieces all together and its only cost me RM250. Murah tu Poney Kids nih kalau tak sale dress dia jek cecah RM90 silap haribulan yang RM100 lebih pun ada tak tergamak wa nak beli harga normal, baik wa perabih beli stock kat Bandung banyak wa dapat Ralph Lauren, Guess and all branded tingy. Ha cousin wa tanya stock Bandung aritu dah habis pakai ker hmm wa mampu giggle jek. Sebetulnya wa nak belikan Aleesya dress jek coz banyak wedding nak attend till Oct nanti tapi terjebak lak mende lain.

Nilah hasil gigih wa ahaksss!!!

Sampai umah rehat 10 minits je tau lepas tu gigih wat kerja bibik sampai malam. Siap cooking lagik petang-petang hari for dinner. Kenapa cooking? hubby wa tu kureng gemor makan kat luar. Malam pun jenuh wa kemas baju lipat and simpan. Lepas tu wa lelap sampai pagi. Letihnya cam buruh kasar. U may ask why tak pakai maid? Tak mampu ker? Nehi nehi wa da pengalaman pakai maid nantilah lain kali wa blog. Wa dah serik beb, kepala wa pusing and sedih bila kenang cite maid nih. ADIOS..Great Day Ahead for u....

Nak Bersihkan Sawang

My rhythm today was awesome. Smile and smile and the rhythm will follow thru.

Wah lamanya tak blogging. Wa rindu banget nih. Penat gak wa nak bersihkan sawang umah nih. Almaklum dah more than 1 month kosongkan umah. Jauh mengembara, jauh berjalan, jauh jugak pandangan. Mana wa pegi? Wa ada sini cuma macam-macam yang dah jadi kat wa. Wa menyepi kerna busy kerja. Wa menyepi kerna wa sakit. Jangan terperanjat I was on MC for 2 weeks that was early of this month. Apa dah jadi kat wa? Hmm wa kena sambar gas. My arm and face was burnt, my arm was bad but muka wa lite lite aje burntnya. Itu pun nasib gak wa pakai miracle cream that my niece bought it from Beijing sampai doktor pun terkejut wa boleh recovered in 2 weeks time, sepatutnya 1 month, ha alhamdullilah muka wa tak da scar langsung.

How does it happen? Its happen while I'm cooking nak bukak cabinet yang bawah stove tu and there its goes gas pun menyambar penyebabnya hanya kerna wa tak sedor gas leaking. Ha fobia wa dengan dapur gas terus beli induction stove (tak sedap giler masak pakai dapur letrik nih, specially bila goreng sambal). Ntah berapa lamalah wa akan guna balik dapur gas tuh walau hubby wa dah tuko kepala and getah gas tu tetap wa fobia. Kalu lu all nengok gambo wa sure ngeri tapi taklah nazak sangat. Yang wa sangat bersyukur Aleesya tak da kat dapur masa kejadian tu. Budak kenit tu tengah main kat living area kat tempat mainan dia.

So moral of the story.
Don't ever leka about smell of the gas.
Be sure that the gas is not leaking before start cooking.
Secondly sangat penting untuk menghalau anak-anak jauh dari kawasan dapur.

Continuous Busy Day

My rythm today was awesome, playing hot number and its a busy day here in Sepang. Week of F1 Race. The hotel normally macam pesta during F1.

This property normally start busy 2 week before the event. The decoration team were here for the past one week. Now the property was full with Team Crew and Medic Team from SIC. Its a good sign for business and that's mean good service points awaiting staffs at the end of the month.

I saw Sharul keep on smiling. He and his F&B Team created new marketing approach and 2 thumbs up to him, u had created new ambience too for this property. 2 band is playing instead of 1, continuos music at XRoads lounge. Lu sukalah bro kan briefing lu taklah kena tala, business bagus. That's why I like young management team. Sharul, Man, Capt and Me. We will continue serving and lead the team. This year I saw a change, lots of F1 team are moving to our property, its a good sign for next year business too, for this Man deserved a clap of hands.

Today and tomorrow the hotel is 100% full, bilik wa and other DH pun kena jual, terpaksalah wa and the gang angkut keluar barang from our rooms. Wa tak kisah beb..ADIOS..

I'M Also Busy With This

Salam, Wa masih kat sini and the ryhtm still the same. I'm also busy doing recruitment in early March. Before wa depart to Bandung I already upkan Vacancies Ads in The Star for the permanent post. Wa depart to Bandung on 3rd March and back on 5th March. Its my routine that every 6 months I have to do some recruitment for Bandung Trainees from Hotel School In Bandung in replace of part time staffs. That's the normal practice for most of the hotels. Why do we do this? First and foremost rank and file staffs normally recorded high turnover, kerja kurang selesa nih ie waiter, room maid, kitchen helper nih tak ramai anak Malaysia yang berminat depa lebih gemar merempit and melepak. Without knowing that if you want to be a good hotelier you got to start from bawah. Our education system for hotel industries not as good as Europe and Indonesia. Malaysian mentality disogok oleh dunia glamor wearing black jacket amat berbeza dengan system apprentice yang diguna pakai di Europe and Indonesia. And u be suprise to know that Bandung is the best Hotel School In Asia. Kenapa nak pakai Bandung Trainees ye u may ask me that question? Budak local Trainee tak boleh ker? Hmm jawapanya budak kita manja teramat, hari ni masuk Practical Trainee assign them in Housekeeping or Kitchen tomorrow they come to my office and ask to be transfer to Front Office and they are not been train in specific area. To the stage they don't even want their hand get wet and with excuses that they can't stand too long. Ya Allah macam mana tu? On the other hand Budak Bandung yang bapak dia tokey hotel pun don't mind jadi Butcher. If I took Bandung Trainees I save a lot in retrain them not only that for solid 6 months I don't have to worry about retrain in other dept, I don't have to worry about turn over as well. Enough of that. I normally go on Tuesday and back on Thursday. Arrive Bandung wa terus ke BIHTI the hotel school in Bandar Baru Parahyangan. This place is amazing nice ambience dikelilingi bukit and tasik memang rasa werld lah, I nak upload gambo tapi sowi wa tertinggal camera at home so next visit I will upload the photos. The candidates waiting with continuous smiling face. That's what I like most, they are naturally warm, hospitality need more natural touch. In the evening wa balik hotel for a rest, I stayed in Holiday Inn Bandung, my fist time stay in Holiday Inn normally I stay in Grand Serela Jln Riau, I prefer there he he he coz outlet sebelah hotel jek.. Wa kan suka shopping. The next day early in the morning more candidates waiting at the lobby area I'm continuing my recruitment task, the next morning with the same activities. Selebihnya I was busy hopping in and out of Factory outlet in Jln Dago, Riau and of course Pasar Baru & Rumah Mode. Rumah Mode and Pasar Baru is a must place to visit if you happen to be in Bandung. That my busy day in Bandung tapi kali nih wa gewam Internet kat Hotel tu tak superb wa tak dapat nak go on net, sia-sia wa angkut mini notebook wa. Wa balik last flight sampai kat kul 10 malam hubby and Aleesya was waiting for me at the airport..hilang langsung penat wa. Starting 6th March onwards wa got to travel early in the morning to Concorde Shah Alam for 7 good days. Penatnya...

My rythm today was excellent. Playing slow number with a nice ambience.

At last I got a break at least a short break to update my blog. Lega giler. Wa banyak utang ngan lu all banyak yang dah jadi dalam masa 2 months nih. Let me started with my February diary. Me and my team was busy doing this for the staffs. We organize this Charity Drive that was a yearly calendar events for CIKLIA. I identified this home when I and Capt had to shortlist the Home for our Charity Drive. We started our journey of searching in Dengkil, when to Mantin, Kajang and end up in Klang. Taking photos do some proposal, presentation and finally we choose Rumah Anak Yatim Al Khairiyah in Klang.

When I first met Wak Hj Tulus he was very friendly and informative. Dia ni menantu Tn Hj Sirat pengasas this house, one of the Road In Klang was named after this founder. Its a private orphanage home, and wa rasa terpanggil untuk do our Charity Drive apatah lagi mengenangkan nasib 48 penghuni rumah anak yatim miskin ini yang rata-rata dihuni anak kecil berumar dari 6 hingga 16 tahun. Its a bit unorganize. Rumah seperti inilah yang harus dibantu.

Finally on 28th February 2009 total number of 35 staffs including all the dept heads and our GM depart from our property to Klang. Majlis ni bermula seawal 8 pagi dan berakhir at 2pm. We do some gotong royong work, having lunch together with the kids and handed over cheques to the home. Food was prepared by our Chef and the Kitchen Team, we also donated pillow, curtains, bedsheet, blankets and some good used clothes.

With IPR, Certified Group Trainers Workshop, The Pulse Workshop, a few proposal on staff activities and campaign to be submitted to my GM and the list goes on. Hmm what a though month ha..

Cuti Lagi

The rythm from my heart playing a fast number, its a fine day here.

Last Sunday was a long weekend holiday again and we were here in PD having family gathering and BBQ Dinner. Lama sungguh wa and my close cousin family tak outing and BBQ, we normally gathered and chit chat and have fun together bezanya today one of the geng will never be together again and again. This is our first gathering without Abg Cher aka Kuzil aka Uncle Cher. Al Fatihah buat arwah almost 3 months he passaway since 6th Dec 2009 just 3 days after my trip back from Jakarta and Bandung. The funny things is when I was in Bandung he also there with Kak Ina and almost every outlets in Jalan Dago I bumped into him walhal sebelum tu dah 2 minggu wa tak jumpa dia dan guess what I also bumped into him at the airport masa balik, my flight was from Jakarta his from Bandung and the flight delay about 3 hours. Kuasa Allah rupanya itulah kali terakhir wa bermesra dengan dia. He's just like my own brother or so call my peyimpan mohor besar bak kata Kay. Acer is a fashion designer, he happen to be a designer for Erra and some artist a close friend of Kay Adzman a make-up artist of Erra and his speciality was on wedding dress and outfits. And Bandung and Jakarta is just like his 2nd home and wa pun banyak kenal org Pasar Baru tu melalui Acer, senang wa nak discount sama macam wa dapat designer price bila wa shop kat Maya and Gulati's. Basically its hard to believe that's he will never be around anymore. I miss him so much, miss his cooking, miss his kindness. Tahu tak everytime I got overseas assignment dia sanggup turun dari Pilah just to bekalkan wa sambal goreng kering atau dalam bahasa orang Pilah 'Sambal Koring'. Masa hubby wa study kat Kuching dulu pun dia wat mende yang sama for hubby. Wa jumpa and bercinta ngan hubby pun kat umah dia aka Umah Mak Engku. His not just only relatives to me but also a good Abang angkat to my hubby. Biorlah orang ngata dia lembut but to me nothing can compare to him. Ehh teremo lak wa so back to our PD outing..

We reach PD at 3pm check-in into Sri Bulan Apartment have a rest for while, the guys and kekanak went to the pools while ladies busy preparing food for tonight BBQ. Kita buat pot luck aje each family bring one items. 3 family so 3 main dishes and yang bujang trang tang tang bawak fruit, drinks and snacks.

That night we had good BBQ and good chit chat & very good huha and a good sleep as well. The next day we spend lots of times at the beach and pool having good lunch and everybody check out at about 7pm. Sowilah gambo BBQ malam gelap giler so wa tak upload.

Another good day with a very good companion. Thanks Allah.

GAZA FUND PC

My rhythm today was awesome and its cooling weather here in Sepang.

Its been quite sometimes after I last blog. Its been a very tasking and busy working day for me plus busy of catching time to settling things for new look of our home. Macam tak cukup waktu beb. Day in day out its close to 2 weeks wa mengabaikan blog nih.

Remember my staffs collections on GAZA Fund, we handed over to NST finally. On 4th February we had sponsored the venue and refreshments for Mercy PC where all the Volunteers for GAZA came back and all of them are doctors. They shared their experiences and we all touch with unexpected stories. Prof Dr Ikhram who lead the team did shared at one time there were a group of student who gathered for their graduation and they don't even have a chance to grads on that day as the academy were bomb by Israel. How sad and wa sedih giler sharing their stories. Itu belum lagi how diorg face the patients yang died and belumuran darah, kanak-kanak golongan wanita and warga Gaza yang tak berdosa.

During the PC we handed over the cheque to NST Representative. That's conclude our charity drive kick off for this year. This PC was aired in TV1 news and the write up on the GAZA Fund was published in NST.

Today I learnt one thing life have to go on no matter what? Perjuangan harus diteruskan walau hingga ke titis darah yang terakhir. Doa wa yang berpanjangan agar bumi GAZA sejahtera. Amin.

Family Day At Long Never Visit Place

My rythm today playing fast number, a ceria and ready to work mood. What a great feeling after long holiday, that's suppose to be the spirit.

Yesterday we were here, a place which close to 15 years I never visit, macam jauh sangat kan? Tapi adalah sejengkal jek dari rumah. Ermm kut Birm tu yalah jauh, ye dak Doc Aji? I remember I last visited to this place when I work with TSI, Renong subsidiary, that's also because its a family day for the Group. Masa tu wa single lagi and just started work. Fresh grad gitu. The place had changed, more games at the amusement park, additional park. They now have 5 parks. We bought 2 park package ticket which include the main park - water park. The water park improved alot, now they also have surfing place, a beach, more games- interesting. We were here at 11am together with my cousin family, 10 of us including my niece and nephew. Macam rombongan Cik Kiah gitu.

My daughter enjoyed the water park activities the most infact all of us spend more time at the water park. Towards the end then only we went for other activities at the amusement park. We went off at about 4pm. We all singgah makan kat Steven Green Tea Restaurant just opposite Sunway Lagoon, the new wing of Pyramid. The food there not bad and price quite reasonable. So the next time you went to Pyramid try eat here or Papa Rich and you will definately don't feel regret.

we got this for free when we return the entrance band, actually we change it with the deposit money of RM10, the actual price for this water resistance Sunway Lagoon watch cost you RM39.90. The blue one for hubby the pink color for me. Aleesya didn't get it coz the entrance fee for her is free.

Adios. Wa chow dulu banyak kerja nak kena hadap dah lama cuti kan. Its about time to focus on the paper.

New Thing For New Year

My rythm today playing a fast number. Its a shiny day here in Sepang.

Remember I mentioned that I'm taking a break to do some eyes and pocket theraphy. Ya we did it on Thursday. We both been talking to do some improvement on our house for quite some time. Wa and hubby dah boring dengan the old set-up. Dah almost 7 years we live with the same color scheme and only do some add on in our living room.

We went to Macy and Fella to have a look of sofas. The old one dah 'kepam' sangat. I felt in luv with Fella sofa as usual wa memang minat sofa Fella. Hmm and hubby said why don't we also change the fabric of our arm chair using same material of the sofa. The curtain too. Wa suker aje orang nak belanja kan, so wa happy tapi this year wa tak dapatlah dah birthday and anniversary gift coz all those things is an advance gift. Tak kisahlah kan. Its a good deal at Fella as they are currently having Go Xi Fa Chai Sale the price cut down about 30% for all the items that we purchase including the material. Finish with that we went to Puchong for some electrical items for the ceiling and wall. That's concludes our day. Its a tiring day we started as early as 10am and done at only 9pm. That's eyes and pocket theraphy. Thanks hubby.

Rimas And Sick Of All This!!

My rythm today was very slow. Dingin sangat walau cuaca kat luar tu panas giler.

Pernah rasa rimas and lemas? Have you ever feel so sick of your surrounding? That's how I felt today. I'm so sick of sucking the drama of melancholic people. We talking about building new culture, we were talking about being fair, creating great values for staffs, giving the best we could to retain and develop talents. On the actual facts ada pulak tangan-tangan yang gatal usik kerja buat wa, tangan-tangan yang tak henti try to make a full stop for a better tomorrow, for the vision to not continues. Ntah angin apa yang melanda wa rasa sangat kecewa, I'm really disappointed if people do not understand my simple language, my simple lingo. Most importantly when people don't appreciate my extra effort. Parah lagi kalau yang tak paham itu orang yang berada di atas. Wa tak kisah sebenarnya if this not happening here, I know if I walk out from this door there will be a few door open for me, another door open and understand my 'niat' but I pity those staffs whom I had promise to help changing the culture, change the ambience's. Make this place a conducive working environment. That's my promise to them every time I conducted staff team building. Hmm its really selfish for me to just walk out. I don't know I'm puzzle.

At this moment only ALLAH can understand how I feel, how I fight with all the drama but wa tahu bukan wa sorang yang kecewa and frust with all this, a few other friend also walk out from the meeting room with frustration. Kecewa sangat bila yang bermatian buat kerja tak excellence and yang pandai bermanis muka menang lagi hari ini. Tapi itukan hukum alam, suka tak suka wa kena terima. One of the friend told me "try to immune with all this, that's part and parcel we have to face if we still want to be here".

I don't know how long I can stand with all this sick people? How long more I can continue with all this...Chow maybe tomorrow is a better day for me. I guess ya because tomorrow I'll be on leave. I take a break..I gone to have a good time with my hubby doing some eyes and pocket theraphy...

The weather today was hot really hot as hot as my rhythm today. Hot because I’m so sick of sucking all news about Gaza and Israeli attack.

Kind of sad, feel like shouting and most importantly can’t stand of seeing more and more victims specially kids, those who do not understand the meaning of war and not guilty at all. Rasa macam anak kita sendiri yang teraniaya. So Sad. What do we do with this? What do they gain from all this? Hundreds of people have been killed, thousands injured and a growing number made homeless in Gaza. Just because they feel like nak hapuskan etnik Palestin and Hamas menjadi alasan maka bumi Gaza jadi medan berdarah and how sick this people is?

To me tak kiralah bangsa apa sekalipun kita ini, Melayu, Cina, Hindu atau Serani dan agama apa sekalipun kita ini, Islam, Hindu, atau Buddha, atas rasa perikemanusiaan kita harus terus membantu dengan apa cara sekalipun. We want PEACE, keamanan sejagat. Itu Agenda Kita. I believe most Malaysian love PEACE. If you do, go do something about it. Do drop event a single cents into below FUND. Show your support. Its was Friday when I'm writing this but I forgot to bring along my broadband so wa lambat post kat blog.

My rhythm today was bright but the weather here in Gemas was cooling. Why Gemas ya? coz I’m now at PIL house. Wa masih cuti walau today suppose to be working day.

Yesterday when we start our journey to Gemas the highway was clear, I guess tak ramai orang balik kampong coz sekolah dah nak start parents busy arranging schooling tingy. Me!! My daughter was just only 2 yrs. Ha Ha Ha wa suka bila jalan tak jam means our journey will be shorter.

This morning when I glance thru paper there were stories about New Year Celebrations and most importantly Malaysian had proudly change. Sex & Street Party were ideal partner with New Year. Ya Allah I wonder people change drastically. Where are we heading to? During Tsunami time the celebration was a bit educational, people pray, people learnt from the mistake, yang penting semua orang bertafakur sejenak tapi semua tu seketika je. Sekejap sangat orang kita insaf. Same goes with the Bkt Antarabangsa tragedy. During the incident everybody learnt from mistakes then its goes normal everyone prefer to stay up the hills but now its goes again lots of action been taken everyone try to become heroes. Is that our Malaysian culture? Is that our trademark? Do we really want to be recognize with that identity? I don’t know but I’m so sick with all this.

Let’s think for a while, is Sex & Street Party our culture? Moden dan ranggi sangat ker kalau we involved in this? Kalau tak da street & sex party we are not Elite, we are not up to the trend aren’t we? But what do we benefits from all this? Infact we seeing our generation heading non others than destroying our culture, most importantly social problems dan yang wa sangat risau bila ia melibatkan bangsa melayu dan orang beragama islam. Bangsa lain wa tak kisah sangat sebab dia tak melibatkan pahala dan dosa, tak melibatkan balasan akhirat. Wa pun pernah muda pernah hidup di zaman jahiliah satu ketika dulu tapi dulu we know the limits. Setakat sambut kat lounge and count down dan tak memudaratkan, tak jadi darah daging that’s ok? Now its totally change. Imagine Sg Wang invested almost ½ MIL to do street party. Itu belum lagi kat disko Tiger, Carlsberg sponsor air haram, rokok percuma and so on. Hmmm I’m speechless. Eh apa yang wa bebel sangat ni. Wa geram sangat sebenarnya yang kuar duit penaja yang kafirun yang beriya-iya enjoy it our muslims. Mereka tersenyum kita terluka!!! Lebih teruk lagi when parents yang kononnya elite sangat ni tak kisah anak diorang terjebak menda ni semua and proudly smiles with this changes. Nauzubillah janganlah anak wa terkjebak nanti.

Bangsa Melayu yang lemah, bangsa melayu yang mudah dijajah dan bangsa melayu yang sangat mudah disogok keseronokan. Sampai bila dan hingga bila baru kita mahu sedar? Ha wa nak chow hari yang masih panjang,perjalanan yang masih jauh untuk diteruskan.

Yesterday 29th December 2008 was awal muharam 1430H. Dalam kalendar islam awal muharam is the new year for Muslim. Semalam hari yang amat penting untuk wa dan I believed all muslim will feel the same. Wa tutup buku lama dengan penuh kesyukuran and wa bukak pintu baru with ketaqwaan insyallah. Wa bukanlah Islamic Version sangat tapi as age is catching up perubahan itu perlu, amat perlu infact. Wa nak hari depan wa dan keluarga jadi lebih baik dari semalam itulah resolusi wa.

Alhamdullilah 1429H tahun yang werld buat wa. I concluded all my dream came true. Wa habiskan misi study wa, wa grad, I'm now a certified HR Professional, syukran. It's been 2 years that wa korbankan hujung minggu wa, korbankan cuti tahunan untuk study breaks, finally in October wa konvo with flying colors. Its a beginning of my journey. My special thanks to Capt for lending me a gud book on HR, to my boss - En Hanis without the opportunity given I'm not what I'm now, u been so supportive and most importantly my hubby coz korbankan masa jaga Aleesya masa wa sibuk buat assignment, project paper and gi study hujung minggu. Last but not least for Kak Za, Sis Setia and Cik Som yang selalu bagi wa semangat jitu.

1429H jugak wa ngan hubby dimurahkan rezeki, we both climb up the corporate ladder, rezeki Aleesya mungkin, Alhamdullilah. Tahun ni jugak we all asyik berjalan, gi Bandung, gi Kota Kinabalu, gi Kota Bharu, gi Jakarta cuti dalam negeri yang dekat-dekat pun selalu gak. Hmm apalagi yang didambakan seorg isteri kalau tak selalu bersama suami and that's what we did in 1429H we spends lots of times together.

Tapi 1429H bukan menda bahagia je yang wa face infact dalam banyak banyak tahun 1429H tahun yang banyak cabaran dalam kerjaya wa. Almaklumlah baru naik, so banyak hati yang tak senang, banyak mulut yang tak berhenti bercakap dan banyak jugak yang tak boleh duduk diam. Mula-mula dulu wa rasa sangat tak keruan, serba tak kena, buat baik pun org tak nampak kalau silap sikit jek semua org nak komen, macam-macam fitnah yang wa terima, cewah macam butak motak pulak kan? Its hurt, its really hurt - wa almost giveup but with friends around wa teruskan jugak furthermore being an HR person so bukanlah favorite sangat. That's fact whether I like it or not its a fact. My challenge was big. I have to change the culture. That's what I did for the past 1 1/2 years. Wa lobi idea wa ni tapi tak semua org boleh terima. Org lama specially, they been in their comfort zone so long, when we want to make changes they saw it as an extra work to them. Wa teruskan jugak, wa badak walau kekadang wa nangis nengok 'melayu kita' yang tak mahu berubah, 'melayu kita' yang penuh PHD, 'melayu kita' yang sangat sinikal tentang perubahan. Nasib jugak towards the ends of 1429H golongan ini sudah tidak ramai, golongan ini sudah tak banyak mulut yang paling penting golongan ini sedar wa tak main-main kalau pasal kerja. I play with the law. I play with due respect. Dan wa akan terus dengan agenda ini. Insyallah selagi yang sedikit itu bersama wa, (Man, Sharul, Capt & King) we will continue doing the right thing for the right group of people for CIKLIA DNA...our mission continues.

That's coretan of 1429H yang indah dan yang luka. Wa akan patch-up all this for this coming 1430H. Salam 1430H to all. Doa wa jugak untuk semua seperti sms Sis Setia nih, I like u know...

Hmm atas permintaan Anna & The King wa nak blog pasal anugerah illahi yang satu ini. There were no other best moment in our life until anugerah illahi ni jadi milik wa and hubby. In 15th October 2006 Ameera Aleesya was born. Wa and hubby bersyukur dapat memilikinya. Now she already 2years 2 months. Anna hang tentu pikir lama sangat wa nak follow ur foot step tapi lu kena ingat wa muda sket dari lu..he he he...

Sekarang dia dah pandai cakap, pandai mengira ha wa ngan hubby kagum dia boleh kira 1 sampai 10, one till five tapi yang wa tak tahan dia jugak dah makin pantas melangkah dan berlari, kuruslah wa camni. Tangga umah wa pun dia buat main jek..kekadang wa nak marah pun tak jadik dia boleh baca mood wa bila wa nak naik angin jek dia boleh cium muka, pipi and hidung wa hmm hilanglah terus niat wa tu tapi kekadang wa balun gak, lite lite ler kan. Bringing The Brand To Life

My ryhthm today was cold as cold as the weather out there.

In August 27-29, 2008 we were in Bali for the Managers Conference specifically designed for developing the Brand for all property under HPL Hotels & Resorts. It is the directive from corporate office that all property to send their GM and Head of Finance, HR & Sales & Marketing for this event. For our property the group consist of our GM, Man, Me and Chan. 40 Managers from 3 differents brand under the roof of HPL 'berkampung' at Hard Rock Hotel Bali. The Brand of Hard Rock, Concorde and Boutique Hotel had to be established.

The event started with the Afternoon Cocktail where we been assigned to find our partner. Guess what my partner was our Chairman - Mr Stephen Lau- tomorrow I will have hard time to introduce him to audiences. In the other side I should thanks them to pair me with Mr Lau, now only I realise he's nice, humble and easy to talk with..

Perasan tak wa sorang jek wanita melayu bertudung kat sini yet I don't feel out of place coz zaman jahiliah dulu wa dah biasa bekerja ngan org asing. U got to proof u are good to earn respect. Take your position with responsibility if u want to success - that my previous boss advise - Mr Reinhard Steffan I miss all your motivation talk.

Andrew Khoo- the guy in Red Shirt. I like his style. He Walk The Talk. He's now the GM for Concorde Singapore. When he was at Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya he had established 'customer service excellence' system in the property. To me he had make the property brand alive. Very warm, very humble and most importantly 'tak kedekut ilmu' or best said sharing is caring...

Next to me my shopping partner - Brenda Lee - Director Of Sales Concorde Singapore. She stay next to my room & Man room. Nice lady. Andrew Khoo & Andrew Drummond they both in my group during brainstorm session. I'm so lucky to get to be with them. Thanks "Allah" for given me this opportunity.

Sowi Abg Mat tak sempat nak jumpa balik for merchandise discount. My schedule was tight. Wa tak kuasa nak tangkap gambo beb dengan selebriti bagai nih. Masa kat centre stage pun we all bump into them. The true colors reveals. Cuma Abg Mat jek takda dia tak plastik he's what we saw in camera..

Pak Zad - Rohaizad Putih - Singaporean in white shirt - Director Of Sales & Marketing HRB. I admired he's survivor spirit. He was assigned to HRB during the bomb blast, he had hard time but his fighting spirit was something that I have to learnt. Zad thank you for sharing. When I heard your story I'm impressed.

My rhythm today was awsome. I feel cool.

Our big boss in the middle smiling!!! Wife not with him so u know why ha he's smiling.

It was last week when our big boss want us to be away to brainstorm on our actions plan for next year after the budget approval. Plus it was so call a mission of our management synergy. 12(+ Man Assistant & Boss PA) of us who's was heading different dept get together, get to know each and everyone better. We left our property on 15 Dec and the session concluded on 17 Dec. It was successful presentation session and its was fun get to experienced 'permainan kekanak' he he he wilderness orienteering, paint ball and the list goes on.

Now I get to know King, Capt and Man better. Sharul I dah lama boleh baca, Chef showing the true colors, Nor enjoying her singing session, Azlin was my buddies in room and Anwar was still the ustaz character that we knows. Last but not least of coz our GM with his cool reaction and not to forget the bill payer our FC, Chan. Next year again I will lead this session in different place..

Finally the synergize of our King & Princess developed up the hills. King u understand what I meant ha..Next year my job become easier no more arguement by two heads. Vision conlcuded..

One thing that I learn from this was different people will act differently in a different situations and using a different lingo for different occasions.
